今月末発売と発表をしておりました RD-001 ASL フロントナックル ですが、生産工場にて量産品が完成した為 確認をしたところ、一部こちらの指示とは異なる部分が見つかりました。

製品の性能に関わる部分ではありませんでしたが、”こだわりの製品をリリースするプロフェッショナル集団” を掲げる我々 Rêve D としましては、意図と異なる製品を世に送り出すことにどうしても納得することができず、断腸の思いで、再生産する決断を致しました。

ご注文を頂いている皆様を更にお待たせしてしまう結果となってしまい大変申し訳なく思っておりますが、また、我々も非常に残念な思いをしておりますが、やはり弊社の意図に即した製品、また、良質な製品を発売したいという強い思いがあります為、何卒ご理解を頂ければと思います。

お待たせしてしまう期間を可能な限り短くすべく、現在 生産工場と協力をして急ピッチで再生産を進めており、現在の予定では来月12月20日頃発送可能になる見込みです。
発売を楽しみにして頂いているお客様には大変申し訳ありませんが、今しばらくお待ち頂ければと思います。

発売が遅れてしまうこと 重ねてお詫び申し上げます。

[Apology] ASL Front Knuckle Release Delay Notice

The RD-001 ASL front knuckle, which was announced to be released at the end of this month, has been held up at the production plant, we found minor faults in the finish of this part.

Although the issue was not related to product performance, Rêve D, as a “professional group that releases superior products,” cannot send any defective products to our customers.
So we decided to re-produce this product.

We are very sorry that this has happened for everyone who has ordered, we are also very disappointed.
We have a strong desire to release a product that suits you and is the best quality available.
I hope you can understand our frustration in this matter.

In order to make the waiting period as short as possible, we are currently working with production plants on rapid flawless reproduction.
The current schedule is expected to be available around December 20 next month.
We are very sorry for the customers who were looking forward to the release date, I hope you can wait for just a little longer whilst we get the parts perfect.

We apologize again for the delay in release.
